The radio station and broadcast content will be what the individual members of our community intend it to be.
When we talk with each other; we become a better, more informed community.

We are specifically NOT "social media".
We are not an institutional mouthpiece.
Legal entities and institutions whose agents or activities affect the Rawlins community
are by definition, intrinsically "in" but NOT "of" the Rawlins community.

However, the people of those entities, when acting in their personal, individual, human capacities
may be considered members of our community.

Everyone, old, young and kids, has opinions, interests and information to share.
Our Rawlins community is strong and capable, when we talk.
