Engage in meaningful, productive conversations with the people of Rawlins.

Let's Talk Rawlins! Community Radio offers a tool for distributing opinion, information and education directly between the people of Rawlins.

We have heard many people tell us they need permission to talk independently and even so, they fear retaliation by their employer for frank or ill-chosen comments.

Artificial "legal"entities (governments, institutions, clubs, etc.) are not real "people". Real people act as their agents. which affect the community and influence the activities of our community.

It is important, (in our opinion at Let's Talk Rawlins!), to assure that the people and the entities of our community, respectively, recognize and understand their corresponding relationships within our community.

An entity is incapable of speech, therefore, the station offers their agents qualified access to directly address the community and to engage in direct conversation with members of our community.

IMPORTANT!

The station considers any official organization presentation as fundamentally "promotional".

There are no similar boundaries on voluntary individual program broadcast content.

If a member of the community is speaking and if the conversation turns to include his or her employer, their organization's rules may apply for that portion of the speaker's conversation.

The station asks that your organization provide conversation guidelines to advise your employees of impermissible on-air and recorded comments.
