Let's Talk Rawlins! is a Rawlins Community FM Radio station broadcasting to the local Rawlins Community.

Operation & Management of the station and associated activities is by the Individuals of the Rawlins Community via "Members of "KRAW-LP Let's Talk Rawlins!" Community".

KRAW-LP Broadcast and Internet Radio Transmission resources are provided with universal community access.

Organizational Structure:
The primary corporation is "Let's Talk Rawlins, Inc.", a Wyoming Nonprofit Corporation.
The corporation owns the FCC and other required or necessary licenses and subscriptions.

The corporation is registered (but not yet recognized) as an IRS 501(c)(4) entity.
Selection of an IRS 501(c)(4) status allows a more desirable operating environment than the usual 501(C)(3) nonprofit status. The 501(c)(4) status does not allow federal tax deductible donations.

Let's Talk Rawlins, Inc. will own Let's Talk Rawlins Fund, Inc., a Wyoming Non-profit Corporation.
This subsidiary corporation will be registered as an IRS 501(c)(3) corporation .

Let's Talk Rawlins Fund, Inc. sole purpose enables dedicated, deductible fundraising.
