Rawlins Civics 101 explains the technical functioning of government.
Government - Just Talking brings government people into conversations with members of our community at large. City Council Commentary provides a community opportunity to examine the reality of institutional relations with the community. Government employee conversations with the community are restricted by formal employment contract terms and policies. Their conversations are further tempered by the practical realities of personal job, career and status considerations. Our public conversations, both broadcast locally and globally on our Internet Radio can remove much common ignorance and misunderstandings. If this is achievable, we might guide our community into a stronger, more capable future.
