KRAW-LP Let's Talk Rawlins! FM 97.9 is intended to be a Rawlins Community radio station.
Station program content, broadcast policy and finance are created by individuals of our community.
We are NOT "Public" radio supported and dominated by govenment and related institutions.

Revenue Sources

	Cash Donations and Gifts	Individual ash donations and gifts are voluntary support for the station. Sources are simple donations,
	Sponsorship
	Underwriting
	Advertising	The broadcast station is not permitted to air commercial advertising. Non-advertisment promotion is allowed. The www.letstalkrawlins.com internet radio station partially echos the broadcast content . Commercial advertising is permitted.
	Merchandise Sales	The station Annex may establish a merchandise store or online equivalent which would offer fundraising promotional and souvenir articles.
	Major Donations	Significant contributions must be discussed.

Soliciting Funds Rules

No federal law prohibits the broadcast by stations of requests for funds for legal purposes (including appeals by stations for contributions to meet their operating expenses), if the money or other contributions are used for the announced purposes.
