Let's Talk Rawlins! Community Radio offers a tool for distributing opinion, information and education directly between the people of Rawlins. Artificial entities (governments, institutions, clubs, etc.) are not "people" but do consist of people acting in agent capacities which affect the community and influence the activities of our community. It is important, (in our opinion at Let's Talk Rawlins!), that the people and the entities of our community, respectively, recognize and understand their corresponding relationships within our community. An entity is incapable of speech, therefore, the station offers their agents qualified access to directly address the community and to engage in direct conversation with members of our community. Let's Talk Rawlins! KRAW-LP  97.9 FM is a nonprofit Low Power FM Radio Station in association with www.letstalkrawlins.com, a related, for profit, Internet Radio Station and support element.
